Video clip: 'No Pain, No Gain'

Sonia filmed this clip in Madison on Sunday after the 3000m. Apolo was being interviewed by several local reporters and was asked about the 'No pain, no gain' t-shirt he was wearing. It's a little difficult to make out all the words, so here's a synopsis:

* Apolo discussing his 3000m and being lucky enough to pass other skaters at the end. Reporter asking him when passing occurs, and he said random, 'tons of passing with 8 laps to go', etc.
* Reporter asked about the venue and he said it was good, with fast ice; hope to be back and more people will come out next time; it's 'always nice to compete in the U.S.'
* Reporter then asks about his shirt; 'This is my favorite shirt', then Apolo mentions being angry with his 500m performance
* 'I've had blood, sweat and tears in this t-shirt' which he's had since 1996. 'It's super-thin. It's looks dirty but it's clean.'
