STOP THE PRESSES and jump for joy!Jena has come through with the holy grail! Our Apolo is back in Salt Lake, training hard, and here are the skinsuit shots and the article to prove it!
Speedskater Apolo Ohno glides around a corner at the Olympic Oval in Kearns Wednesday. The Olympic medalist is in town this week with the U.S. Short-Track Speedskating Team, training for the upcoming 2002-03 World Cup season, which will include a stop in the Salt Lake area Feb. 7-9. link

Hey everybody! Here's my story and i hope you all like it!!.......
Ok, my friend and i got to scheels around 4 and Apolo was coming at 7! Around 6 the lady told us to start getting in line and me and my friend were 5th and 6th in line! And so we just sat there for a while and talked to the people behind us! Then at 6:30 this lady came up to us and goes "omg he's here doing an interview, i just took a pic of him!" and so me and the 3 other people behind us went through the sweatshirts and looked! And we were like 20 feet away from him and i swear you guys i took like a one sec. glance and screamed "OH MY GOD!" and right then i started crying my eyes out and just absolutely could not belive it! So then we of course kept going back and forth seeing him and wow he was so freaking hot! he had on like a cream colored shirt and black pants and black shoes and his hair was down! (thank god) hehe! Then after the interview, he went back in the offices until 7! He came out on the top level! and before he came out , they go "Scheels All Sports Center is proud to welcome gold medalist Apolo Anton Ohno! " and the olympics song started playing and we were all looking up going where is he where is he!?!?!?! and you could see ppl clapping and waving at him! and so then we saw him! and we started freaking out and i was crying again and so were the other ppl. behind us! and then he was coming down the escalator and we are like SCREAMING "Oh My GOD APOLO APOLO APOLO" and he was so nervous last night you guys! i felt so bad! but anyway we were all freaking out and then he came and sat down and ppl started going up there to get his autograph! Then my friend went up 1st and then me~! YAY!!! And so i went up there balling my eyes out and he is sitting there smiling! and the lady is like "ok now turn around and get your pic. taken and i'm like " i can't smile im' crying so bad" lol! so i dunno how that pic is gonna turn out yet! lol! then we stood there in front of where he was and watched him for like an hour until 8 ! i was in complete amazment! he is so perfect in everyway! Then at 8 our ride came and so my dad is like how are you? and i started crying again! lol! so my dad is like"why dont' you guys go stand in line agian" and so we did! and when we got up there for the 2nd time i'm like saying to myself "dont' cry don't cry" and like all the staff new who i was cuz i was like balling the 1st time! lol! so i got up there and he's like "back agian?" and i go "yep" he goes " so do you want me to put your name on it this time since you came back a 2nd time?" i go "yea its Rachel" and he goes "R-a-c-h-e-l?" i go "yep! and i think i said thanks but i dunno! hehe~ so then we took a pic of both of us my friend Apolo and me! so we stayed there and watched in amazment once again! and when he was about to leave this girl is like "i want a hug" so she gave him a hug and then there were like 8 others too including me and my friend! and i put both of my arms around him! Omg you guys his shirt was just like satin! and he was hot! like temp. wise hot! *squeal* Then this guy came up to us and goes "you guys are gonna be on the news tonight at 10 on nbc!" and we are like YAY!!! so we went home and watched it! and they showed us freaking out when he 1st came on and they showed me meeting him b/c i was crying so much! lol! it was really kool! Oh yea and when we were standing there watching him every once and a while he would look up at me! hehehehe! ok well that's my story you guys i hope you liked it and i'll have some pics here hopefully pretty soon!!!!
